HR Self Service means providing executives, managers and HR people direct access to timely and accurate HR information. It can also include the ability to create transactions to change the data according to set business rules. Significant cost savings result when the bottle-necks to HR data are eliminated.

One of our clients had a need to centralize headcount reporting. Once this need was met we evolved the application to support transaction capability for frequent actions such as employee moves, position moves, and title changes.

An application to view and update employee, position and recruiting data. The application includes tree views of the organization reporting structure and cost center roll-up structure, complete audit trail, work flow management, export to Excel, interfaces to SAP and Promotions.
